In this unit, the children retell and then write a story based on the animation featuring brave adventurer Tadeo Jones.
This unit links well to a focus on Ancient Egypt as it uses a film based within an ancient pyramid. However, it could be adapted to involve an alternative setting to link with a different historical era. For example, after viewing the film, children could improvise a similar story using the same structure but based in a Roman Amphitheatre, an Ancient Greek temple or an Aztec pyramid.
