Pupil writing targets Y1 to Y6 These targets will help tutors and classteachers to identify high value targets and recognise the progression of skills from Y1 to Y6. Assessment information should be used (e.g. APP) to identify gaps in learning and appropriate targets matched and recorded on the Individual tuition plan.
Sample Individual Tuition plan – Stephanie This ITP shows how targets have been identified for Stephanie and shared with the classteacher, parent and child.
Blank Tuition outline – this uses the teaching sequence for a tuition session and allows the tutor to make notes of key questions, key teaching points and resources for each part of the session.
